Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.
1. Service Cancellation
Before commencement of service: Clients may cancel a booked service by providing written notice (via email to [email protected] ) at least 7 business days prior to the agreed service start date.
After commencement of service: Once the service delivery has started (consultation scheduled, project initiated, or resources allocated), cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of work completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:
Full Refund : If cancellation is made within the allowed period (minimum 7 business days before service start).
If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
Partial Refund : If work has already commenced, the refund will be calculated proportionate to the portion of work not yet delivered.
Administrative and processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
No Refund : For cancellations made after the major portion of service has been delivered.
For services specifically customized, developed, or delivered as per the client’s unique requirements (including software development and consulting deliverables).
For missed sessions or consultations where the client fails to attend without prior notice.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 10–15 business days of confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet).
Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges (in case of international payments) will be borne by the client.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Instead of cancellation, clients may choose to reschedule consulting sessions by giving at least 48 hours’ prior notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability of consultants/resources.
5. Exceptions
Promotional offers, discounted services, or packages purchased as part of limited-time deals are non-refundable.
Third-party costs (such as licenses, software subscriptions, or external tools procured on behalf of the client) are non-refundable once purchased.
